I have a food allergy; can I still eat Vercelli’s Bakery?

We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present.

What size should I order?

Our recommended serving sizes, If you are offering a full size dessert like a Muffin, Dulce de Leche & Coconuts tartlets or a full size brownie, count on 1-2 per guest. With smaller desserts like cookies, colaciones/snacks, bite size brownies, or mini tarts you can count on each guest taking 3 items from the various options.

Most of our ingredient information can be found at the product level on our website. You may also e-mail Enzo to assist you.

How should I store and handle my products?

Storage and handling instructions can be found within each product’s description online. Vercelli’s Bakery creations are meant to be enjoyed as soon as possible. We bake the old-fashioned way, without the use of preservatives or stabilizers.

Do you have any products that are Vegan or Gluten Free?

Sorry! We do not currently offer any vegan options. All of our products are produced in facilities where gluten is present.
